KlaerMedia developed a VR application for the “Papierfabrik Louisenthal GmbH” with a virtual balloon flight over the Tegernsee valley. This application was designed for the showroom in Louisenthal.
The user is led into a virtual world high above the clouds. A deceptively real simulation of a balloon flight was created with the help of satellite images and 3D terrain data. This seemed very real that several visitors suffered from (virtual) fear of heights.
